  purchased a PlayStation 4 and some tools and I have to say the customer service was amazing, the prices were just right and they have a huge selection to choose from. Over all I am extremely satisfied with my purchases and my experience.

  I bought an item and discussed return policy with employee. I had to make 3 trips back and forth until the owner was present in order to return item. It took way to much time and was a pain. They were nice but it was very inconvenient.
